Conditioning

Conditioning exercises are used to increase strength, speed and endurance. Our highly trained team is available during our staffed hours to help familiarise you with the best conditioning exercises and the right equipment to use for your strength and endurance goals.

If you’re looking to add more conditioning exercises to your routine, one-on-one sessions are perfect for the member who’s looking for a high level of motivation and focus. Our general personal training programs can help bring conditioning into your routine, and if you’re looking for a more challenging regime our body-builder trainers can offer a more intensive program.

REST AND Recovery

A structured and balanced workout routine requires knowing when your body needs to rest and rebuild. Our team can help you devise the best patterns for your workouts, including alternating strength training with cardio days to make sure your body is given the time to rest and build up your fitness levels safely and thoroughly.

The rest period allows essential repairs to take place and for muscles to rebuild themselves.
