Rhys’ passion for becoming a coach grew after experiencing first-hand the positive impact a good coach can have on your life. Rhys specializes Strength Training, Powerlifting and muscle growth, with an emphasis correct technique. Rhys is flexible and can accommodate for any needs you may have.

Greig Sullivan

Personal Trainer

Greig has always been passionate about health, fitness and nutrition since diving into competitive sports like rugby union and rugby league. This led him to advance his knowledge in strength and conditioning training and many other areas of the fitness industry, turning what he loves and lives by into a career.

Greig specialises in muscle development, strength and conditioning, fat loss, motivation and support, resistance training, goal setting and programming, and advice on nutrition and supplements.

Lucy Ford

Personal Trainer

Lucy has a Certificate 4 in Fitness and is passionate about helping people better themselves. She believes that anyone can achieve their health and fitness goals with the help of a good trainer. Lucy is knowledgeable with flexible time slots and affordable pricing.

Lucy specialises in muscle growth and repair, fat loss, strength and conditioning, and glute growth.

Lucy is an all abilities trainer, with great experience for a range of physical and mental disabilities.

Callum Tuffield

Head Coach

Callum (B.sc) is a Sports Science Graduate of UWA, Callum is an ESSA certified AES and a Strength System Level 1 Certified Coach.

Callum’s vast array of skills caters to any person or any goal, with his interest being lifestyle optimisation through movement and food.

Callum is approachable, well learned, and continually developing to best assist his clients to reach their goals, whatever the area may be.

“Having recently completed a bachelor’s degree in exercise science my goal is to empower others to make positive changes in their lives. I am passionate about helping others because I have seen first-hand the transformative effects that regular exercise can have on someone’s life. Whether it’s helping someone recover from an injury, achieve a fitness milestone, or simply feel more confident in their own skin, the pleasure of witnessing these positive changes is what drives me to continue supporting and motivating my clients.

Through my education in exercise science and my experience in the fitness industry, I have developed the knowledge and skills necessary to tailor exercise programs to individual needs and goals. By creating a supportive and inclusive environment in the gym, I strive to make exercise enjoyable and accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level or background.

Ultimately, my goal is to inspire and empower individuals to prioritise their health and well-being, leading to happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. I am committed to being a positive influence in the lives of those I work with, guiding them towards sustainable lifestyle changes that will benefit them for years to come.”
